July’s fireworks don’t need to fizzle out after the 4th. Make every day POP with the added pizzazz of July food holidays!

This month’s food holidays are so easy add to barbeques and parties you have planned. That’s because they’re the foods we crave during the hot summer months.

Time to add a FLARE of drama. Make sure these foods make the guest list.

July 7 — Chocolate Wafer Day

Our love for crispy cookies will never “wafer.” But add in chocolate and NOW you’ve got the party stared!

For the chocolate wafer purists, there’s no question that KitKat® Bars will be on the menu. Their crispy wafers with chocolate cream topped in milk chocolate is something we all make a break for.

OR for something a little more upscale, celebrate with Bahlsen Waffeletten Dark Chocolate Wafer Rolls. The longtime popular German cookies start off with a delicately rolled wafer dipped in rich dark chocolate on one end. Not only do Bahlsen cookies look great, they taste great when eaten solo or topping a few scoops of ice cream.

July 8 — Chocolate with Almonds Day

Almonds are already great on their own but we go nuts when creamy chocolate is added.

You can go classic and celebrate with a tub of Nancy Adams Dark Chocolate Almonds. The tub makes it easy to celebrate at the beach or at a picnic. The creamy, sweet, but not too sweet dark chocolate is the perfect counterpoint to the crunchy almond.

It IS the summer so you can also inject some tropical flavors into your chocolate almond celebration. Like with the coconut found in Almond Joy® Bars, for example.

July 13 — French Fry Day

This is the day for those who only have “fries” for slices of fried potato.

When it comes to dessert on French Fry Day skip the shake. Get a double helping of fries with Raindrops Flavor Surprise Gummy Fries!

From the fast-food inspired container, to the fry shape and sprinkling of sanding sugar, the gummy fries really look like our favorite spuds. But what makes things really fun is the fry gummies are 3 surprise flavors – lemon, orange, and banana. Dare friends and family to identify the secret flavor.

If a savory celebration, on the lighter side is your thing, celebrate with Smart Fries. The air popped potato sticks deliver on French fries’ classic crunch while being a better-for-you option. Varieties like Vintage Cheddar and Jalapeno Trio will add some flavor to your celebration.

July 15 — Gummy Worm Day

Today’s the day to enjoy the wiggly gummies that “worm” our hearts.

Gummy worms are one of the most popular packaged and bulk candy types so there’s lots of ways to celebrate.

Go sweet with Clever Candy Gummy Worms. Celebrate the sour side with iconic Trolli Sour Brite Crawlers

Want to get in on the Gummy Worm Day Celebration but are looking for a better-for-you option? Not to worry. There’s Smart Sweets Gummy Worms. They serving up all the chewy textures and sweet flavors we love at only 4g of sugar per serving.

July 16 — Ice Cream Day

There’s nothing that brings the summertime excitement quite like the first few notes from the ice cream truck.

Ice cream can be hard to bring to outdoor celebrations, but not to worry. There are many confections that take their cues from our favorite ice cream flavors.

Like a summertime favorite, salt water taffy, that features the flavors of an ice cream sundae — Taffy Town Banana Split Taffy.

OR you can serve up a little piece of nostalgia with Nassau Candy Sundae Slices. The blend of coconut, chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla gives the feelings and flavors of classic Neapolitan Ice Cream. The different colored layers make a presentation worthy of a social post.

July 20 — Lollipop Day

Sometimes candy is just better when it’s on a stick. Time to celebrate our Lolli-POP stars!

Go retro with the flavorful and visually stunning Astro Pops. Featuring a rocket-inspired shape and fun flavors cherry, passion fruit, and pineapple. Astro Pops make for an out-of-this-world celebration.

If flavors are your thing, you can’t go wrong with celebrating with Chupa Chups Lollipops. From creamy strawberries & cream, to tangy cola, to classic orange, Chupa Chups’ wide variety of true-to-life flavors means there’s a pop that everyone will want to try.

July 28 — Hamburger Day

Chances are if you are having a celebration in July, hamburgers are already on the menu.

Time to mix things up by celebrating the sweet side of hamburgers with hamburger-shaped gummies.

Serving a crowd? Then go with Raindrops Gummy Hamburgers. These supersized gummies are certain to wow guests and are perfectly sliced so everyone can take a taste.

Celebrating with kiddos, then Krabby Patties Watermelon is a great option. They’ll all love seeing their favorite food from their favorite show, SpongeBob SquarePants, as a gummy. And the watermelon flavor serves up the summer feels.

July 30 — Cheesecake Day

Creamy, cheesy, AND a dessert?! Cheesecake is something practically everyone wants a piece of.

If you don’t have time to bake, then celebrate with a bite-size version of the real thing. Like efrutti Gummi Cheesecake.  efrutti Cheesecake Gummies look like slices of cheesecake complete with a crunchy candy “crust.” Their 3 different flavors is sure to suit all cheesecake cravings.

You also can’t go wrong adding Jelly Belly® Strawberry Cheesecake Jelly Beans to your menu. With Jelly Belly you know you’re getting all the authentic creamy, sweet flavors. And their pink specked shells look so sweet in a bowl on your dessert table.

July 31 — Cotton Candy Day

You can’t go to a summer fair or carnival without immediately thinking of cotton candy. It always gives us the warm and fluffies.

A refreshing take on cotton candy that you can raise a glass to – Rocket Fizz Cotton Candy Soda! The sweet flavors mixed with bubbly carbonation is a great way to cool down on a hot summer’s day.

Since it IS a time to celebrate, cotton candy with Birthday Cake flavor like County Fair Birthday Cake Cotton Candy is also a great option. Sweet buttery birthday cake flavor AND colorful speckles, this cotton candy is party ready!

Summertime is extra cool with food holidays. From Ice Cream Day, to Gummy Worm Day, to Cotton Candy day. July’s food holidays are MADE for cookouts and summer parties. Make your next celebration extra special by adding a national food holiday into the festivities.
