As the Preferred Distribution Partner for Jelly Belly, Nassau Candy will maintain the pricing structure and programs that Jelly Belly customers are accustomed to, while offering new capabilities such as exclusive Jelly Belly specialty products, fixture programs.
Existing Nassau Candy Customers Who Currently Purchase Jelly Belly from Us:
Your current pricing will remain the same. As the Preferred Distribution Partner, Nassau Candy will now stock the full range of Jelly Belly products, both seasonal and everyday, across all six distribution centers. We’re also introducing new capabilities, including specialty Jelly Belly products developed by Nassau Candy and fixture programs.
Where Does Nassau Candy Ship to?
With six distribution centers across the U.S., we’re able to fulfill orders nationwide. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we ship using our own refrigerated fleet, UPS or trusted common carriers, depending on what best fits your needs and budget.
Will I Be Charged Freight?

What is the Typical Turnaround Time from Order to Delivery?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, with shipments sometimes arriving as soon as the next day (shipping location and order day dependent).
I Currently Purchase Jelly Belly Through a Broker – Can I Continue to Do So?
We’re collaborating closely to ensure a strong, ongoing partnership with Jelly Belly’s Brokers in the Specialty Channel Network. How do I register to become a Nassau Candy customer?

Why am I Being Asked for a Resale Certificate?
We require a resale certificate or EIN number for customers located in NY, CT, NJ, PA, CA, FL, MI, or TX in order to complete the account activation process.

I Want to Place My First Jelly Belly Order with Nassau Candy — Where do I Start?
The first step to placing your first order is making sure you have visited our website and registered your Nassau Candy Customer Account.
As a Jelly Belly Preferred Distribution Partner, Nassau Candy has all the Jelly Belly items you’ve previously ordered preloaded into our My Reorder Pad for easy reordering by you or your Jelly Belly Broker. To access the My Reorder Pad, you need to be registered as a Nassau Candy Customer.
Registration is simple. All you need to do is fill out our online customer registration form here. Your Jelly Belly Broker can assist you with registering your Nassau Candy account.
Once your account is activated, log in and click on the My Reorder Pad in the right-hand corner of the Nassau Candy homepage and you can add items to cart and checkout. You can even add new items to this list for future reorders.
Along with the My Reorder Pad, registering your Nassau Candy account makes sure you’ll be the first to hear about the latest Jelly Belly products and exclusive promotions. You will also have access to all of your order invoices – both for online and phone orders through the My Accounts page.
Can I Order Both Nassau Candy and Jelly Belly Products?
Of course! Nassau Candy offers a wide range of best-selling specialty confections and gourmet foods from brands your customers know and love. We also provide exclusive bulk and packaged items from our in-house brands: Clever Candy®, Nancy Adams®, Maple Valley Farms, and Pennsylvania Dutch Co., as well as factory-fresh chocolates produced in our manufacturing facility in New York.

What Payment Methods Does Nassau Candy Accept?
Established terms with Nassau Candy will be honored. New customers can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Some of My Account Information Needs to be Updated. How Do I Make Changes to My Account?

How do I Pre-Book Holiday/Season Items?
You can start to pre-book seasonal as soon as our digital catalogs go live on our website (we will email when a seasonal collection goes live). To pre-book an item, you simply add to cart and checkout or call your rep and order as you normally would. You will not be charged for seasonal product until it has shipped. You’ll be able pre-book Jelly Belly items until the following dates:
Jelly Belly Seasonal Prebook Deadlines:
- Holiday: August 15, 2025
- Valentine’s Day: October 1, 2025
- Easter: November 1, 2025
Seasonal items will start shipping to you on our scheduled seasonal ship dates listed below. When the seasonal items ship is when you will be charged for the product.

- Halloween: August 18, 2025
- Holiday: October 20, 2025
- Valentine’s Day: December 29, 2025
- Easter: January 26, 2026
If you miss the seasonal prebook dates not to worry! If the product you want is still available, you will be able to order and we will ship to you during our seasonal ship dates.

Is There an Order Minimum?
Yes. Our order minimum is $250 for all products – both Jelly Belly and other Nassau Candy items.
How Do I Know If I’m In Your Local Delivery Area?
We typically ship within a 100-mile radius of our distribution centers (see below for list of our distribution centers). For convenience and a more expedited delivery, we may decide to ship your order USPS.
